When registering a company in Hong Kong, the registry provides a set of statutory documents in electronic format. For foreign use, these documents need to be certified and legalised through an apostille.
Standard set of documents:
Certificate of Incorporation
Business Registration Certificate
Registration form NC1
Articles of Association
The procedure consists of two stages:
Certified company’s statutory documents must be obtained from the Companies Registry and from the local tax authority, the Inland Revenue Department. The processing period is roughly four working days.
The acquired documents must be physically presented to the local High Court for legalisation via an apostille. In this case, the processing time is around three days.
Upon receipt of the documents, we shall inform the client and arrange for the documents to be dispatched to the designated location
Turnaround is 10 days.
